Dear GSTT and SPE Members
There is a rumour floating around that geologists and petroleum engineers don't know how to cook. We at the GSTT would like to dispel this heinous tale by producing the first GSTT cookbook/DVD, proceeds from which will go towards the GSTT Education Fund. If you will like to contribute, please submit your recipes to Dr Brent Wilson (brent.wilson@sta.uwi.edu) in single-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman in the following format:
" Recipe Title
" Number of people served
" Ingredients
" Directions
" Name of chef and society to which they belong (GSTT or SPE)
A photograph of the finished dish would also be much appreciated. Submissions should be as brief as possible, preferably not more than one letter size page (excluding photograph) with 1" margins all round. Titles should be in capitals, but all remaining text unformatted. They must be received by January 31st 2009. A sample recipe is given on the next page for your guidance for layout.
