Lease renewed for a further 5 years, with no new drilling obligations. To be forwarded to the MOE for approval

No drilling planned till mid 2004, 2 wells planned. 4 in 2005.
1-2000km of 3D seismic to be shot by Western Geco in the western acreage, to image deeper objectives.
Development:
1 rig in operation, on the Kapok platform. Kapok-03. Set 7 5/8 inch liner at 10,511 feet. Drilled to 11,243', gravel
packed.
Kapok-06. Running 16" casing. Well not in the objective due to cross border issues (Unitisation). Drilled
so as to circumvent future drilling through depleted upper zones.
Looking for data trades.
British Gas
ECMA
Block 6b/d - Prospect evaluation is still on going. Manatee will possibly be drilled in the 4th quarter.
Infrastructure tenders for Dolphin Deep / Starfish are in evaluation and approval phase.
BHP Billiton
Angostura Development
· K2 (Kairi) Platform was installed October 2003, drilling has commenced. KAI-B01 (N 185 602.1, E 764 333.2)
utilizing the Nabors Rig 657. Spudded well on October 29th 2003. Drilled well to a TD of 8265 ft. Set 9 5/8 inch
casing @ 6784 ft. Completed on 11th December.
· The 30" and 20" conductors for 4 wells were batch drilled.
· The first horizontal to be drilled in January.
· C1 (Canteen) Platform is expected to arrive in late February with drilling commencing in shortly afterwards.
· First oil expected in December 10th 2004.
Block 3(a) Exploration
Bimurraburra 1, well location - N 1,183,797.0, E 779,669.8 (WGS 84, zone20). Currently P&A with oil shows.
Delaware1- Tested gas.
Puncheon 1 well location - N 1,186,487.79, E 767,071.76 (WGS 84, zone20). 13 3/8" casing set at 5,767', drilled
to a TD of 7,430. Reportedly tested oil and gas.
3D Seismic Acquisition Survey
Emerald 3D currently being processed by GX Technologies. Darien survey completed 5th December.
Exploratory Drilling
GSF Monitor to move to Angostura when operations on Puncheon-1 are completed.
Damus Oil Limited
· TOR to be collected from EMA.
· CEC application to EMA for drilling 3 wells in San Francique. Further action depends on the results of
Technical Evaluation.
Petrotrin (E&P SBU)
Drilling of steam injectors continued in North Palo Seco, Drilling commenced in Forest Reserve in UMl'E .
Petrotrin (Trinmar Operations)
S 843 drilled to Eocene - dry hole
Trinidad Exploration & Development

Venture
Production drop due to leaks in sales lines to PETROTRIN.
A 3D seismic program is planned for Pt Ligoure in 2004. The survey size is approx is 50 sq km. Bids close 26th
January.
Have plans to drill in Brighton and Forest Reserve later this year.
The Tabaquite seismic is on hold, pending resolution of the depth rights issue.
Primera
Looking for a partner before drilling in East Brighton.
Vermilion
CEC of 3D program approved by the EMA.
Awaiting final drafting of surveys to apply for CEC's for 3 exploration locations.
Production drop due to cutbacks as a result of PAP Refinery maintenance.
Bids for supply of a rig to drill to 16,000' being received.
Lease Operators Limited
EIA for WD-3 submitted to the EMA for public comment.
Drilling to commence next month. Plan to drill 6 wells for 2004.

Block Modified U (b). SECC Block Lower Reverse 'L'
Processing of 3D by NUTEC in progress, it is expected to be completed by end January 2004.
Evaluation of a fast track volume over Parula, Oilbird and U (b) continues.
LRL #1 drilled to 14,137ft. in Lower Reverse L Block is reportedly a dry hole with 2 thin gas sands. Tested and
abandoned.
The Global Santa Fe Adriatic VII awaiting completion of installation of Parula platform. Will then complete Parula
1, and then drill Parula 2.
Installation of Parula Platform began Nov-02-2003. Topside installed 10th January.

Tracmac
· Spudded MW-254 (ATD 3100ft.), the first of 4 development wells on November 26th
2003. Set 9 5/8 inch casing @ 202ft..
TALISMAN
Phase 2 of seismic field operations is scheduled to commence on December 15th 2003.
Prestack time migration volume of Phase 1 data is complete.
Preparatory work for drilling program has commenced.
